The lack of good coordination between these various works shops result in air infiltration, dust build up and noise arising from shutter box because of the incoherence, difficult to use and clean (requires removing shutter box), requires multiple workshops for maintenance work.

The shutter box is equipped with EPDM seals for additional air tightness, therefore does not allow dust to enter the shutter box. Because of this, cleaning is easier and hinges and groves can be maintained without the need to remove the cover of the shutter box.
